Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

PDFMeadow provides online PDF tools for common document tasks such as compressing, merging, splitting, rotating, and converting PDF files. Our current tools are designed to run in your browser wherever possible, so your files do not need to be uploaded to a PDFMeadow server to complete these tasks.

How Privacy Works on PDFMeadow

PDFMeadow is built as a privacy-first PDF tool suite. For the tools currently available on our website, your selected files are processed in your browser on your own device. This means the document data is handled by the page running in your browser, not by a PDFMeadow upload server.

No file upload

Current tools do not require your PDF or image files to be sent to our server before the result is created.

Browser processing

Tools use browser memory, canvas previews, and temporary object URLs to prepare the edited, compressed, merged, or converted file.

You control the files

Closing the tab, refreshing the page, or using a reset action clears the active browser session for that tool.

We may collect privacy-safe analytics events, such as which tool was started, completed, or had a processing error. These events help us improve reliability and product quality, but they do not include file names, file contents, page text, document images, page ranges, or the generated output file.

Future PDFMeadow tools may work differently if a feature genuinely requires server-side processing, cloud storage, accounts, payments, collaboration, or integrations with third-party services. If that happens, the relevant tool page will clearly explain the change before you use it, and this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Information We Handle

When you use a browser-based PDF tool on PDFMeadow, the file you choose is processed locally in your browser unless a tool page clearly states otherwise. The file may be temporarily held in your browser memory so the tool can process it and create the output file.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, bug reports, and any file details you include. Please do not email sensitive documents unless you are comfortable sharing them with us.

Files You Process With Our Tools

For the tools currently available on PDFMeadow, file processing is intended to happen on your device in the browser. We do not intentionally collect, store, sell, or review the PDF files you process with these tools.

Your browser may create temporary object URLs, canvas previews, or local memory copies while a tool is running. These are part of the browser workflow and are normally cleared when you reset the tool, close the tab, or refresh the page.

Analytics, Logs, and Cookies

PDFMeadow may use basic analytics, hosting logs, or performance tools to understand page usage, errors, device type, browser type, referring pages, and general location such as country or region. This helps us improve speed, reliability, and tool quality.

Some tools may use browser storage for convenience, such as remembering a selected setting. You can clear browser storage or cookies from your browser settings at any time.

How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve PDFMeadow tools.
  • To respond to support messages and bug reports.
  • To understand which tools are useful and where errors occur.
  • To protect the website from abuse, spam, or security issues.
  • To plan future tools, guides, and product improvements.

Third-Party Services

PDFMeadow may rely on third-party services for website hosting, analytics, performance monitoring, security, email communication, or future monetization such as ads. These services may process limited technical information according to their own policies.

If we add features that require server-side processing, accounts, payments, ads, or file uploads, we will update this policy and make the behavior clear on the relevant tool pages.

Your Choices and Requests

You can choose not to use a tool, clear your browser storage, avoid sending optional information by email, or contact us about a privacy concern. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you sent to us directly, email us at harishchandrasd1963@gmail.com .

Children's Privacy

PDFMeadow is intended for general document productivity. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PDFMeadow adds tools, analytics, monetization, accounts, or other features. The updated date above will show when the policy was last changed.
